Bhargav Karande
Full Stack Developer
Building secure, scalable and user-focused web applications from idea to deployment using modern cloud technologies.
About Me
A glimpse into my engineering journey and professional focus.
I am an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering graduate from Pune, passionate about building robust, high-performance web applications. Bridging my hardware engineering foundations with software, I specialize in engineering secure systems, automated workflows, and cloud-native solutions that solve real-world problems.
My technical focus lies in architecting secure backend APIs, deploying scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, and designing intelligent AI automation pipelines. I enjoy integrating Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB with modern tools like n8n and Telegram bots to automate operations, optimize workflows, and build seamless user experiences.
One of my key achievements is building Budget Tracko, a full-stack personal finance tracker that enables users to manage expenses, set budget limits, and receive smart analytics. I am always eager to learn new technologies and collaborate on complex engineering challenges, with the goal of evolving into a Senior Software Engineer.

Budget Tracko
Personal finance management, reimagined.
The Problem
Traditional finance apps are overly complicated, lack real-time insights, or fail to provide secure user data separation.
The Solution
Built a streamlined personal finance dashboard using the MERN stack with interactive chart visualizations, JWT authentication, and dynamic categorization algorithms.

OneCare
Hospital management, made human.
The Problem
Healthcare centers rely on fragmented legacy software or paper logs, creating scheduling conflicts and slow billing operations.
The Solution
Contributed to DevCode's OneCare platform, developing patient appointment modules, integrating OAuth authentication, and configuring secure billing.

ML Predictive Maintenance
Predict failures before they happen.
The Problem
Reactive maintenance protocols in factories result in sudden machine failures and costly unplanned downtime.
The Solution
Constructed an end-to-end hardware-software pipeline using Raspberry Pi, Arduino, sensors, predictive ML models, and live Grafana dashboards.

Tech Stack

Off-Route Adventure
Trail catalogue and booking flow for trekking operators.
The Problem
The trekking operator relied on manual WhatsApp messages for bookings and had no central online catalogue for their trails and scheduling.
The Solution
Engineered a Next.js platform with an optimized trail catalog, metadata SEO schema for local search, and an automated booking notification flow powered by Resend.

Tech Stack

KrushiSarthi
Empowering farmers with transparent market access.
The Problem
Small-scale farmers lose profits to middlemen and lack access to transparent marketplace pricing and shipping rates.
The Solution
Developed a web platform with real-time market data APIs, SMS notification gateways, and local transport matching.

Industrial Predictive Maintenance
Designing and deploying the physical hardware layer of an IoT-based predictive maintenance prototype for rotating industrial machinery.
My Contribution
Industrial machine maintenance is transitioning from reactive approaches to proactive predictive systems. This paper evaluates an IoT prototype built on Arduino and Raspberry Pi hardware to monitor vibration and temperature telemetry from rotating factory components. My role focused on the physical build: sensor wiring, circuit assembly, Raspberry Pi configuration, and deployment of the complete edge data collection pipeline.
Hardware Pipeline
Vibration and temperature sensors were physically wired and calibrated onto rotating machinery. An Arduino Uno R3 handles analog sensor readings and forwards data over serial to a Raspberry Pi 4, which was configured and deployed to bundle sensor payloads and stream telemetry to ThingSpeak for live visualization and ML-layer analysis.
Hardware Wiring → Edge Deployment → Cloud Streaming
Hardware Stack
- Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (Edge Gateway)
- Arduino Uno R3 (Sensor Ingestion)
- ADXL345 Acceleration Sensor (Vibration Analysis)
- LM35 Analog Temperature Sensor
- ESP8266 Wi-Fi Module (Alternate Comm)
ML Models
- Random Forest Regressor (RUL Prediction)
- Support Vector Machine (Anomaly Detection)
- Isolation Forest (Outlier Filtering)
